Location: City Hawks Sports Complex, Knowledge Park III, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Employment: Full time | On-site; field visits as required

Monthly CTC: ₹30,000–₹45,000 per month + KPI-linked incentives

Experience: 2–5 years in inside sales, lead generation, sales operations, CRM administration or business development support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Build and qualify prospect databases for City Hawks, Time Freedom/TimeArt and DroneX.

· Arrange sales meetings and coordinate outreach, proposals and systematic follow-ups.

· Own CRM hygiene, lead stages, reminders and weekly pipeline / sales MIS.

· Support managers with quotations, sales research, reporting and conversion tracking.

DESIRED CANDIDATE A highly organized, proactive professional with strong Excel/Google Sheets,



CRM and communication skills, who takes ownership of follow-ups and accurate sales data. Preference for candidates who have worked in startups, SMEs or founder-led businesses and are comfortable with hands-on execution. Local candidates from Greater Noida, Noida and NCR preferred. Outstation candidates may be offered accommodation and meals as part of the negotiated CTC.
