Role Description The Event Manager (Sports & Fitness) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing sports and fitness events, including tournaments, workshops, brand activations, and community engagement activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing event concepts aligned with client and brand objectives, managing event timelines and budgets, coordinating with venues, vendors, sponsors, and partners, and overseeing logistics such as registrations, equipment, staffing, and on-ground operations.

The Event

Manager will collaborate with the marketing team to integrate events into broader campaigns, support social media and digital promotion,



and ensure cohesive branding across all touchpoints. The role also involves monitoring event performance, gathering feedback, preparing post-event reports, and continuously improving formats and experiences for participants and clients.

Qualifications

- Event planning and management skills, including experience organizing sports or fitness events, workshops, or tournaments.
- Strong coordination and logistics abilities, with proficiency in vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, and in office operations.
- Marketing and branding awareness, with familiarity in social media promotion, digital campaigns, and aligning events with brand strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, partners, sponsors, and internal teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple events simultaneously, and adapt to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth execution and high-quality participant experiences.
- Relevant experience in sports, fitness, or lifestyle sectors is highly beneficial; prior agency or event management experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Sports Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
