We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, creating quotations, and working within client budgets. The role will require a robust understanding of materials, their costs, and project requirements.

Experience: 3- 5 years of experience in estimation or costing preferably within process equipment the manufacturing industry.

Qualification: BE Mechanical

Key Responsibilities :

- Quotation Preparation: Develop detailed and accurate quotations for various projects, ensuring they align with the client's requirements and budget.
- Budget Management: Work closely with the client’s specifications to ensure that all estimates are within the approved budget, making necessary adjustments to meet financial constraints.
- Material Costing: Calculate the cost of all required materials, including reactors, agitators,



pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers, and other process equipment, ensuring accuracy in estimating material needs for each project.
- Cost Estimation: Analyze all relevant project documentation (drawings, specifications, etc.) to prepare cost estimates and forecasts, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors to obtain up-to-date pricing for materials and services required for project estimation.

• Project Comparison: Compare estimates with actual project costs and update cost databases as needed to ensure ongoing accuracy in future estimates.

- Technical Clarifications: Coordinate with design and engineering teams to clarify technical specifications and ensure that estimates cover all aspects of the project.

Key Skills:

- Strong understanding of cost estimation processes, particularly in the manufacturing and engineering sector.
- Excellent knowledge of materials used in the manufacturing of reactors, agitators, pressure vessels, and other process equipment.
- Proficiency in preparing detailed quotations and managing project budgets.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
