Roles & Responsibilites
- Act as the main point of contact for event clients
- Understand client briefs, objectives, and budgets
- Coordinate with creative, production, and operations teams
- Prepare event proposals, timelines, and costing sheets
- Present concepts and event plans to clients
- Manage vendors, venues, and on-ground logistics
- Oversee end-to-end event planning and execution
- Be present on ground during live events
- Track budgets and ensure projects stay profitable
- Handle client feedback, changes, and escalations
- Prepare post-event reports and share learnings
- Build long-term client relationships and identify repeat business
- Mentor and guide junior client servicing executives
