Role Description The Engineering Manager – .NET / Artificial Intelligence is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role oversees a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on designing, developing, and maintaining .NET-based applications and AI-driven solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading software development projects, defining technical architecture, reviewing code, and ensuring successful integration of AI components into existing platforms.

Manager collaborates with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize features, manage project timelines, and ensure high-quality releases.



The role also includes mentoring team members, promoting best practices, and driving continuous improvement in engineering processes and tools.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated proficiency in Engineering Management and Team Leadership to guide and develop high-performing technical teams.
- Strong background in Software Development, particularly in .NET technologies and AI/ML frameworks.
- Proven experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Hands-on experience with Integration of applications, services, and AI components within complex distributed systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-availability enterprise solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (such as Azure or AWS) and contemporary DevOps practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Prior experience in managing cross-functional or cross-location teams is an advantage.
