We are seeking a dedicated qualified to oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of concrete pumping systems, including both line and boom configurations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that heavy machinery remains in optimal working condition, thereby minimizing downtime and supporting continuous project progress. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong organizational skills to manage service workflows, coordinate parts logistics, and uphold the highest standards of equipment safety within the engineering sector.
Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive servicing and repairs for concrete line and boom pump systems to restore functionality and performance.
- Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to identify mechanical and electrical faults, implementing effective troubleshooting strategies.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and manage breakdown repairs to extend equipment lifespan and reliability.
- Coordinate the sourcing and delivery of necessary spare parts to ensure timely completion of service tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date service documentation, including logs of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Utilize Service CRM tools to track job status, manage customer interactions, and generate service reports.
- Enforce strict adherence to equipment safety protocols during all maintenance and operational procedures.
- Analyze hydraulic system issues and perform specialized troubleshooting to resolve complex mechanical failures.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Possess 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in the engineering field, specifically with concrete pumping equipment.
- Demonstrate proven proficiency in mechanical and electrical diagnostics for heavy industrial machinery.
- Show strong capability in hydraulic troubleshooting and the ability to service complex pump systems.
- Exhibit excellent skills in managing spare parts coordination and logistics.
- Be well-versed in maintaining detailed service documentation and utilizing Service CRM software.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of equipment safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Display the ability to perform both preventive maintenance schedules and urgent breakdown repairs efficiently.
