Job OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Email & WhatsApp Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in Email Marketing, WhatsApp Business API and marketing automation. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing targeted campaigns, developing automated communication journeys, nurturing leads and improving customer engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage WhatsApp Business API campaigns.
- Develop automated WhatsApp workflows and customer communication journeys.
- Execute lead nurturing, follow-up, reactivation and customer engagement campaigns.
- Segment databases based on customer profiles, products, locations and lead stages.
- Develop campaign calendars and communication strategies.
- Build automated workflows integrated with CRM stages and customer actions.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize engagement and conversion rates.
- Track KPIs including Open Rate, CTR, Delivery Rate, Response Rate and Conversion Rate.
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Sales, VRM and CRM teams.
- Maintain database hygiene and ensure compliance with communication policies.




- Prepare campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Email Marketing experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with WhatsApp Business API.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in WhatsApp Marketing Automation.
- Hands-on experience in email campaign creation, segmentation and automation.
- Experience designing WhatsApp workflows and automated customer journeys.
- Positive understanding of CRM-based marketing and lead nurturing.
- Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume marketing campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Financial Services, Banking, NBFC, FinTech or Loan Products.
- Experience with high-volume lead nurturing and reactivation campaigns.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp API and CRM integrations.
- Familiarity with platforms such as DoubleTick, Interakt, WATI, AiSensy, Brevo, Mailchimp, Zoho or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of HTML and email template design.
- Experience with lead scoring, customer segmentation and remarketing.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Email Marketing: Open Rate, CTR, Delivery Rate, Response Rate and Conversion Rate. WhatsApp Marketing: Delivery Rate, Read Rate, Response Rate, Engagement, Lead Reactivation and Conversion.

Business Impact: Lead Nurturing, MQL/SQL Generation, Re-engagement and Revenue Contribution.
