Role Description The Ecommerce Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This position oversees daily e-commerce operations, including managing product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotional campaigns across online platforms. The role involves monitoring website and marketplace performance, analyzing sales data, and optimizing customer journeys to increase conversion, retention, and brand visibility.

The Ecommerce

Manager collaborates with marketing and sales teams to plan digital campaigns, coordinate content and creatives, and ensure a consistent brand experience online. Additional responsibilities include managing relationships with marketplace partners,



coordinating order fulfillment and customer service support, and preparing regular performance reports for leadership.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online channels, drive revenue, and optimize product performance.
- Candidates should possess solid Marketing skills, including digital campaign planning and execution to grow brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and explicit reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., marketplaces, brand website) in personal care, beauty, or consumer goods is highly beneficial.
- Working knowledge of e-commerce tools and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, Excel) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is desirable.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
