Job OverviewWe are looking for a responsible and active Dispatch Executive to manage daily packing, order dispatch, courier coordination, pickup arrangements, and basic data entry. The candidate should be good at communication, basic computer operations, and daily operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage daily product packing and order preparation.
2. Coordinate with courier companies and delivery partners.
3. Arrange and manage daily shipment pickups.
4. Prepare shipping labels, invoices, and dispatch documents.
5. Update order status and maintain dispatch records.
6. Handle basic computer work and data entry.
7. Ensure all orders are dispatched on time.
8. Coordinate with the internal team for smooth daily operations.
9. Track shipments and follow up on delayed deliveries.

Maintain proper records of dispatched and pending orders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, Email).
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Ability to manage daily operational tasks.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Must be comfortable with packing, dispatch, and field-related work.
