Role Description The E-Commerce Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for managing and growing VAAHE’s online sales channels. Daily tasks include overseeing product listings, updating pricing and promotions, monitoring inventory, and ensuring accurate content across e-commerce platforms. The role involves tracking sales performance, analyzing trends, coordinating with internal teams for order fulfillment, and responding to customer queries to enhance the online shopping experience.

The E-Commerce Executive will collaborate with marketing and operations to execute campaigns, optimize product visibility,



and implement strategies that drive conversions and revenue. The position requires proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and continuous improvement of online processes.

- Solid analytical skills to interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Account management skills to maintain relationships with marketplace partners, manage listings, and coordinate with platform support teams.
- Sales and sales management skills to develop and execute strategies that increase online revenue and improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Team management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, coordinate tasks, and support smooth e-commerce operations.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and basic knowledge of digital marketing principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in e-commerce or retail.
