We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) Functional Consultant with 5–10 years of experience in ERP implementation, functional configuration, business process analysis and system integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage functional activities for D365 F&O; implementations, enhancements and support.
- Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis and prepare functional specifications.
- Configure and support relevant D365 F&O; modules, including:
- Finance: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets and Cash & Bank Management.
- Supply Chain: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management and Sales & Distribution.
- Conduct functional testing, system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration and system enhancements.
- Support end-to-end business processes, user training and post-go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend business process improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of relevant ERP functional consulting experience, including hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; experience.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end D365 F&O; implementation.
- Strong functional expertise in D365 Finance and/or Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, functional configuration and testing.
- Understanding of ERP integrations, data migration and reporting.
- Solid stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or Supply Chain Management certification.
- Experience in ERP transformation, migration or global rollout projects.
- Familiarity with Power Platform, Power BI and Azure integrations.
