Speech & Drama Coordinator

Responsibilities

- Oversee Speech & Drama programmes across multiple schools and colleges, ensuring smooth execution and effective curriculum delivery.
- Design and develop age-appropriate curriculum, structured lesson plans, and engaging activities aligned with programme objectives.
- Conduct school visits to observe sessions, evaluate trainer performance, and maintain programme quality.
- Coordinate with schools, trainers, and internal teams regarding schedules, substitutions, and operational requirements.
- Supervise theatrical productions, Annual Days, and showcases, including scripting, rehearsals, direction, and stage execution.
- Maintain observation reports, performance trackers, curriculum documentation, and programme records.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Theatre, Performing Arts, Drama, Education, or a related field preferred.




- Prior experience as a Speech & Drama Trainer in academic institutions is preferred.
- Solid understanding of theatre, performance techniques, curriculum development, and lesson planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and team-management skills.

Additional Notes

- Regular travel to academic institutions across Mumbai and other locations in India will be required.
- A minimum commitment of one year is expected from the selected candidate.
- Flexibility to work beyond regular hours may be required during rehearsals, Annual Days, theatrical productions, and final showcases.
- The candidate should be capable of independently managing multiple school programmes and meeting curriculum and production deadlines.
