Role Description The Director will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for The Dhobi App’s launch and growth in Raipur, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and customer experience standards. This full time, hybrid position is based in Raipur, with a mix of on-site presence and some work-from-home flexibility as business needs allow. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and executing business strategy, overseeing service operations and logistics, managing budgets and financial performance, and driving customer acquisition and retention.

The Director will build and lead cross-functional teams, implement technology-driven processes, and collaborate with product, marketing, and customer support to deliver consistent,



high-quality service. The role also involves monitoring key performance metrics, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and identifying opportunities for expansion and partnerships.

- Strategic leadership and business management skills, including experience setting vision, goals, and growth plans for a consumer-facing brand.
- Operational and process management skills, such as overseeing service delivery, logistics, quality control, and continuous improvement.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field; prior leadership experience in services, logistics, or consumer tech is highly beneficial.
