Digital Marketing Manager – US B2B SaaS

Location: Bengaluru | Experience: 6–10 years | Full-time

About The Company A US-headquartered payments and fintech company building its India team in Bengaluru. The India team works directly with US leadership to grow the business in the US market.

About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who can plan and run demand generation for US B2B buyers, and build a small marketing team in India.

This is a working role: you will run campaigns yourself, own the numbers, and grow the team as results come in.

What you will do

- Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns for the US market (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta) with clear CPL, CAC and pipeline targets
- Build organic channels: SEO, content, email and marketing automation
- Track and report funnel performance from first touch to qualified pipeline, and decide where budget goes based on data
- Work with sales and leadership in the US on positioning, campaigns and launches
- Hire, mentor and lead a small team of 2–4 marketers in India
- Contribute to product marketing and brand: messaging, landing pages,

What you need
- 6–10 years in digital marketing, including at least 3 years marketing to US B2B buyers in a SaaS or product company
- Hands-on experience running paid and organic campaigns, with real numbers to show: CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and pipeline contribution
- Has hired and managed at least 2–3 people
- Strong command of tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot or Marketo, GA4 and SEO tools
- Excellent written English for a US audience

Valuable to have
- Product marketing or brand marketing experience
- Startup experience, ideally in an early marketing team
- Fintech, payments or financial services exposure
