Paperclip & Co is a Bangalore-based social media and brand marketing agency. For seven years, we’ve built content, campaigns and brands across various industries including food, fashion, home and hospitality. We’re a close-knit team of about 12, and we’re growing.

The role

We’re looking for a digital marketer who can plan and run the digital side of our clients’ growth: paid campaigns, search, email and the data behind them. You’ll work with our creative and social media team to turn strategy into results.

What you’ll do

- Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta (Instagram and Facebook), Google (search, display, YouTube) and LinkedIn
- Plan and run email and WhatsApp campaigns where they suit the client
- Set up and manage tracking: GA4, pixels, UTMs and conversion events
- Build clear monthly reports for clients that explain what’s working and what to do next
- Work with our designers, copywriters and social team to turn insights into better content and campaigns
- Recommend the right channel mix and budget for each client, and test new ideas

What you bring

- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager,



Google Ads, GA4 and basic SEO tools
- Comfort with analytics and reporting, and the ability to turn numbers into simple recommendations
- Good written and verbal communication, since you’ll work directly with clients
- Curiosity, ownership and a willingness to learn new platforms quickly

Nice to have

- Experience with e-commerce, lead generation or D2C brands
- Familiarity with Looker Studio or similar dashboards
- Email platform experience, such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo
- Basic content or social media knowledge
