Role Description This is a full-time Digital Marketing Expert Cum Trainer role based in Kozhikode with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, and email to promote Metadapt’s programs and brand. The professional will design and deliver training sessions on digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices to learners at various levels, creating structured learning materials, assignments, and assessments.





Day-to-day activities include monitoring campaign performance, analyzing metrics, optimizing strategies, and preparing reports for internal stakeholders. The role also requires collaborating with academic and operations teams to align marketing and training content with institutional partnerships and learner needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Marketing and Marketing Strategy skills, including campaign planning, branding, and performance analysis.
- Candidates should possess effective Social Media Marketing skills, with hands-on experience managing and growing channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including the ability to train, present, and explain digital marketing concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales and outreach skills to support lead generation, program promotion, and relationship building with partner institutions.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing roles, preferably with exposure to training, mentoring, or teaching responsibilities.
- Practical knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and marketing automation platforms is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; professional certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment from Kozhikode, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving education and technology trends.
