Koorsi & Company is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Digital Marketing & E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketing activities, website operations and influencer collaborations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Shopify website management and influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of how to drive online sales and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Meta Ads & Performance Marketing

- Plan, execute and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR and conversions.
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting and campaign optimisation.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences and ad copies.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop performance-driven ad creatives and videos.
- Identify opportunities to improve advertising efficiency and generate better sales.

2. Shopify & E-commerce Management

- Manage day-to-day operations of our Shopify websites.
- Update product listings, product descriptions, images, banners and collections.
- Create and manage landing pages, discount codes and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate website updates, new launches and seasonal sale activities.
- Identify website improvement opportunities to increase conversion rates.
- Ensure product information, pricing and website content are accurate and updated.

3. Influencer & Creator Marketing

- Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators.
- Handle influencer outreach, communication, negotiations and collaborations.
- Execute barter,



paid and product-based influencer campaigns.
- Coordinate product dispatches, content schedules and deliverables.
- Collect UGC content for social media and performance marketing campaigns.
- Track influencer campaign performance, engagement and sales contribution.

4. Analytics & Reporting

- Monitor website traffic, sales and customer acquisition performance.
- Work with Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel.
- Understand basic Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Conduct competitor research and identify new digital marketing opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing or E-commerce.
- MBA or higher education in marketing field
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Practical knowledge of Shopify backend and website management.
- Experience in influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics and online sales funnels.
- Knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager.
- Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Creative mindset with an analytical and result-oriented approach.

Added Advantage: Experience working with D2C, furniture, lifestyle or home decor brands.
