Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, website traffic and lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and optimise website content, landing pages and metadata.
- Improve visibility across AI search platforms, including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Gemini (AEO/GEO).
- Manage technical SEO, including website audits, indexing, site performance and structured data.
- Optimise website conversion rates, user experience and enquiry journeys.
- Monitor and analyse website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
- Develop SEO-driven content strategies and collaborate with content, design and development teams.
- Support Google Ads optimisation, track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.




- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure effective SEO implementation.
- Prepare performance reports, track leads and conversions, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- 3 - 5+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing or search marketing.
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, local SEO and keyword research.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of AEO/GEO, conversion optimisation and website analytics.
- Experience in agency environments, Google Ads or Southeast Asian markets is an advantage.
- Robust analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and collaborate with teams.
