Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Manager to manage day-to-day DevOps operations, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and team coordination. The role will focus on standardizing DevOps practices across Affinity business units, improving deployment efficiency, and ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure to support the unification of the Affinity platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable application deployments.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, resource utilization, availability, and cost optimization.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting.
- Manage Docker containers and Kubernetes deployments.
- Coordinate release planning, deployment schedules, environment readiness, and rollback procedures.




- Monitor infrastructure and application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and conduct root cause analysis.
- Standardize DevOps workflows, infrastructure configurations, and deployment processes across affinity business units.
- Implement security best practices, access controls, secrets management, and infrastructure backup procedures.
- Coordinate with engineering and QA teams to manage priorities, resolve dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve reliability, and optimize operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6–9 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Solid knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of Linux administration, networking, troubleshooting, and application deployment.
- Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or Shell.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
- Experience with Git workflows, release management, infrastructure automation, and production support.
- Ability to coordinate technical teams, manage priorities, and take ownership of day-to-day DevOps operations.
