Key Responsibilities

- Financial Accounting &
- Reporting

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and financial close processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
- Present financial reports and key business metrics to leadership teams.

2. Budgeting &
- Forecasting

- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasting exercises.
- Monitor budget utilization and analyze variances against approved budgets.
- Support business units in financial planning and resource allocation.
- Recommend initiatives for cost optimization and financial efficiency.

Business

Finance &

- Performance Management

- Partner with business heads to support financial decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and present MIS reports, management dashboards, and KPI analyses.
- Conduct profitability assessments, cost reviews, and business performance evaluations.
- Drive data-based recommendations to improve operational and financial outcomes.

4. Treasury &
- Cash Flow Management

- Monitor cash flow, working capital requirements, and liquidity management.
- Manage banking relationships, funding arrangements, and financial institutions.




- Ensure optimum utilization of funds and effective cash management practices.
- Support capital expenditure planning and financing strategies.

5. Taxation &
- Regulatory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax laws, including GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, tax assessments, and regulatory filings.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor changes in financial regulations and ensure organizational compliance.

- Risk Management

- Strengthen internal control systems and financial governance processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and risk management frameworks.
- Identify financial and operational risks and recommend mitigation measures.
- Support implementation of audit recommendations and compliance initiatives.

7. Team Leadership &
- Process Excellence

- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance &
- Accounts team.
- Drive process improvements, digitization, and automation initiatives.
- Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective succession planning and capability development within the function.

Qualifications &

- Experience

- Chartered Accountant
- 12-18 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, treasury, and compliance.
