Role Description The Data Entry Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining product, customer, and order information in internal databases and systems.

The Data Entry

Specialist will verify data for completeness and correctness, perform regular data audits, and support administrative tasks such as preparing reports, updating catalogs, and organizing digital files.



The role also involves coordinating with customer service and operations teams to ensure timely processing of orders and inquiries, and assisting in documenting inventory and pricing details. The specialist will follow established procedures, maintain confidentiality of business and customer data, and support process improvements to increase data accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong typing skills and attention to detail, with the ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
- Solid computer literacy, including proficiency with spreadsheets, data entry software, and basic office applications.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and clarifying data-related issues.
- Customer service orientation to support order processing and respond to data-related customer queries professionally.
- Experience in administrative assistance, including organizing records, preparing basic reports, and maintaining documentation.
- Ability to work in office in Jaipur, manage time efficiently, and handle repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Prior experience in data entry, retail, e-commerce, or home décor environments is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree or diploma in business, commerce, or related fields is preferred.
