- Lead end-to-end functional implementation of D365 F&O; Asset Management.
- Gather business requirements and conduct As-Is / To-Be process workshops.
- Configure Asset Management, asset hierarchies, functional locations, work orders and maintenance plans.
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance, maintenance schedules, requests, rounds and counters.
- Support integration with Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain and Finance modules.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.
- Lead SIT, UAT, user training, data migration and go-live support.
- Align D365 F&O; solutions with plant, equipment and operational maintenance processes.
Must-Have Skills:
- 10+ years of ERP / Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in D365 F&O; Asset Management.
- Experience in mining, metals, oil & gas, utilities or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of equipment, plant and maintenance management.
- Expertise in D365 configuration, requirements gathering and UAT.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with offshore and onshore teams.
