Responsibilities

- Configure source connectors and data streams in Data 360, such as the Salesforce CRM connector, Mulesoft Beta Connector, SFTP connector and Ingestion API.
- Map DLO fields to standard and custom DMOs, following the provided data blueprint.
- Create custom DMOs, fields and relationships as specified in the solution design.
- Write basic SQL queries to check ingested data, confirm mappings and troubleshoot record counts or data quality issues.
- Help configure identity resolution rulesets, match rules and reconciliation rules under the Solution Architect's direction.
- Build or help build simple data transforms (batch and streaming) to standardize, clean or reshape source data.
- Keep blueprints, mapping documents and configuration trackers up to date as work is completed.

Qualifications

- A genuine interest in data, and in how client data is connected, modeled and used.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow technical specifications precisely.
- Self-directed and resourceful:



you can take a requirement or mapping document and run with it, using documentation, Trailhead and your own research before escalating.
- Explicit communication, including the ability to explain what you configured, what you found and where you're stuck.
- Basic hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud,
- Ability to write basic SQL queries (SELECT, WHERE, JOIN, GROUP BY, COUNT).
- Familiarity with the Salesforce platform, including standard objects, custom objects, fields and relationships.
- Exposure to integration tools such as MuleSoft is a plus but not required.
- Experience working in an Agile delivery environment is a plus.
- 1–2 years of work experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
