? Role Summary
We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant with strong customer interaction skills and solid understanding of end-to-end business processes. The role involves working closely with customers to understand requirements, design functional solutions, and support successful implementation of Business Central.
? Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand business requirements and processes.
- Analyze and design end-to-end business flows using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Configure and optimize Business Central functionalities to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
- Support testing, UAT, training, and go-live activities.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
? Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Expertise The candidate should have experience across core Business Central functional areas, including:
- Financial management and accounting processes
- Sales, purchasing, and order management
- Inventory and supply chain processes
- Project / service-related business processes (preferred)
- Integration with external systems and tools (good to have)
(Exact module exposure may vary based on project experience.) ? Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and workflows.
- Proven experience in customer interactions and requirement gathering.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in handling complex business requirements and multiple scenarios.
- Hands-on experience in Business Central functional configuration.
