Role Description The Customer Service Officer is a full time, on-site position based at Freviya Healthcare in Ahmedabad. This role involves greeting and assisting clients, answering inquiries about clinic services and programs, and managing appointment scheduling and follow-ups.

The Customer Service

Officer supports clients throughout their wellness journey by providing clear information, resolving concerns,



and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling phone calls and messages, updating client records, coordinating with dieticians and clinic staff, and ensuring a smooth front-desk experience. The role also requires maintaining a professional and welcoming environment that reflects the clinic’s focus on health and well-being.

Qualifications

- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build rapport, communicate clearly, and handle client interactions with empathy and professionalism.
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support to manage inquiries, address issues, and provide timely, accurate information.
- Ability to enhance Customer Experience and drive Customer Satisfaction through organized follow-up, attentive service, and problem-solving.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and local languages, with confident telephone and in-person etiquette.
- Basic computer proficiency, including use of scheduling software, email, and client databases.
- Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, or clinic front office roles is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy clinic environment.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a degree in hospitality, healthcare administration, or related fields is preferred.
