We sell direct to customers through our own website and across marketplaces and quick commerce apps, and every order matters to us. Our customer experience team is the voice of the brand: they talk to customers on calls, email and WhatsApp, solve problems quickly, and make sure every customer feels heard.
What you'll doYou will be on the phone with ALL MAN customers every day. Most of your work is calling, so you should enjoy talking to people.
- Call customers to confirm Cash on Delivery orders before they are shipped
- Call customers whose orders were returned to us (RTO) and offer to reship the order or arrange a refund
- Follow up with customers on open complaints so they know what is happening
- Make feedback and repeat-purchase calls to customers who received their order
- Log every call and its outcome in our customer care sheet
- Flag anything unusual (angry customer, product issue, delivery problem) to the senior team the same day
Who we're looking for
- Student or fresh graduate; any stream
- Speaks explicit, confident Hindi and English
- Patient and polite, even with upset customers
- Comfortable making 60 or more calls a day
- Basic Google Sheets or Excel skills
