Role Description They will be assisting in identifying potential creators, conducting outreach, supporting the onboarding process, coordinating for ongoing campaigns, and sorting payments, etc.
Note: I believe in taking bets on people, like people have taken on me since very early on in my career so I believe this person will grow into senior roles. Given that they come with the intention of converting full time and giving their best. This will be a very fast paced environment but I guarantee that your growth will be equally quick.
Qualifications
- Candidates should be smart, well spoken and presentable in front of the client/creators.
- Candidates should be super organised, high agency and high ownership
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support outreach, pitches, and basic negotiation for creator collaborations.
- Interest in the creator economy, social media platforms, and digital content trends and a sense of what works on social.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a team environment.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation tools, and comfort working with basic data and reports.
