ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Solution Consultant, you design Creatio solutions that transform how enterprise clients manage their customers, automate their processes, and leverage AI in their daily operations. You are technically credible enough to configure a workflow in Creatio Studio, commercially aware enough to understand how your solution design affects deal economics, and articulate enough to present your architecture to a board-level audience.

You understand the full breadth of Creatio's No-Code platform — Freedom UI, Business Processes, the AI/ML capabilities, and the integration toolkit — and you use that understanding to design solutions that are not just functional but elegant. You are also a key contributor to AIVelocity's integration into Creatio solutions, helping define how Virtuos's AI products augment the Creatio platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct structured solution discovery sessions with enterprise clients: map current-state CRM, process automation, and AI requirements to Creatio capabilities.
- Design Creatio solution blueprints: Freedom UI flows, business process designs, data model structures, and AIVelocity integration points.
- Configure and deliver tailored Creatio PoC environments for enterprise sales opportunities.
- Design solutions for Creatio industry applications: Sales CRM, Customer Service, Marketing Automation, HR Ops, FinTech, and Operations use cases.
- Contribute to the technical content of RFP/RFI responses: architecture, security, and integration design.
- Build solution design documentation: design specs, business process maps, integration diagrams,



and data migration plans.
- Collaborate with Implementation teams on design-to-build handover and configuration quality.
- Develop AIVelocity demonstration scenarios that showcase AI-powered CRM capabilities within Creatio.
- Contribute to the practice solution library: templates, reusable patterns, and industry use case blueprints.

WHAT YOU BRING

Required:

- 3–7 years of experience in CRM solution design, No-Code platform consulting, or BPM advisory.
- Hands-on Creatio expertise: Business Processes, Section Wizard, Data Models, Freedom UI, and platform administration.
- Understanding of integration patterns relevant to CRM: REST APIs, webhooks, standard middleware connectors.
- Ability to design and articulate multi-module Creatio solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of AI applications in CRM: scoring, routing, prediction, and NLP-based automation.
- B.Tech / B.E. preferred; Graduate with MBA/PGDM.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

- Creatio certification (any level).
- Experience with Creatio Studio No-Code process designer at an advanced level.
- Prior exposure to AIVelocity or AI-layer integration into CRM workflows.
- Vertical domain knowledge: BFSI, manufacturing, healthcare, or professional services.
- Experience with data migration from legacy CRM systems.
