About the Role

- Position: CSR & Fundraising Consultant
- Type: Full-time / Contractual
- Location: Kolkata (On-site)
- Reports to: Leadership Team

You will design and execute targeted CSR mobilization strategies, cultivate relationships with corporate donors, and secure grant funding aligned with Schedule VII mandates and our foundational programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Corporate Partnerships & Outreach: Identify, research, and profile prospective corporate donors, trusts, and high-net-worth philanthropists.
- Proposal & Pitch Development: Draft tailored CSR concept notes, grant applications, detailed project budgets, and donor pitch decks.
- Campaign & Fund Management: Manage annual giving campaigns, fundraising drives, and donor stewardship programs to ensure long-term retention.
- Impact Reporting & Stakeholder Relations: Coordinate with on-ground program teams to measure impact, prepare compliance reports, and present progress updates to CSR committees.
- Pipeline Tracking: Monitor fundraising metrics, manage due diligence documentation, and ensure alignment with corporate CSR regulations and internal policies.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW), Development Studies, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MSW / MBA / MA in Development Studies) is an advantage.
- Experience: Proven track record in CSR fundraising, institutional philanthropy,



annual giving, or donor relations within the non-profit or social impact sector.
- Core Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of prospect research, donor profiling, and corporate CSR strategy alignment.
- Familiarity with education, healthcare, nutrition, or community development initiatives.
- Strong proposal writing, pitch deck creation, and executive presentation capabilities.
- Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills to engage with CXOs, CSR heads, and community leaders.
- Work Mode: Ability to work full-time on-site in Kolkata and manage multi-stakeholder .deliverables under firm deadlineso people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists

- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
