Role: Creative Account Manager

Role Summary:

Looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships, drive brand and campaign development, and manage end-to-end campaign execution across ATL, BTL, digital and on-ground platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Be the day-to-day client lead, owning relationships, briefs, feedback and approvals.
- Contribute to brand strategy and campaign thinking, turning business problems into strong creative briefs.
- Drive campaign development from brief to final delivery across ATL, BTL, digital and on-ground.




- Coordinate across creative, BAU, production and experiential teams to deliver on time and on budget.
- Understand execution well enough to judge feasibility, timelines and cost before committing to clients.
- Track deliverables, timelines and scope, and flag risks and scope creep early.
- Find growth opportunities within accounts and support pitches and recent briefs

Requirements.

- 3+ years of agency-side account management or client servicing.
- Strong grasp of brand strategy and the campaign development process.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in front of senior clients.
- Highly organised, able to juggle multiple brands and workstreams.
- Working knowledge of design, production and execution (print, digital, BTL, events).
- Alcobev or premium FMCG experience strongly preferred, especially spirits.
- Familiarity with alcobev marketing restrictions in India is a plus
