We are looking for an experienced Construction Quality professional to manage quality control and assurance activities for residential projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in daily site execution, quality inspections, documentation, and project lifecycle management from foundation stage to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect & manage overall construction quality activities at project sites on daily basis.
- Drive quality control and quality assurance processes with necessary IS standards, checklists & formats.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and quality benchmarks.
- To handle day today quality activities from foundation stage to project handover.
- Should have experience managing at least 1–2 complete residential projects from foundation to handover.
- Conduct inspections for:
- Foundation works
- RCC structures
- Civil finishes.
- Finishing works such as tiling, doors, windows, false ceiling, painting etc
- MEP coordination
- Final handover activities
- Set up and manage site quality labs, including testing procedures and documentation for materials & workmanship.
- Coordinate with in-house construction teams and various contractors & sub contractors for quality compliance.
- Monitor and drive material testing, workmanship quality, and rectification activities.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, checklists, and certifications.
- Ensure timely closure of quality observations and snag lists.
- Support audits and maintain project quality records.
- Advise on alternative options to reduce cost & time & enhance quality thru innovative products / design, with emerging trends, new & contemporary aspects of construction.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in construction quality portfolio and overall experience of 10+ years .
- Experience in residential projects is mandatory.
- Strong exposure to RCC structures, finishing works, and project execution of residential projects.
- Experience working with in-house construction teams / EPC contractors/ Contractors/ Sub contractors.
- Strong knowledge of quality documentation and certification processes.
- Should have experience handling large-scale residential projects.
