Role Description The Computer Aided Design Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The specialist will create and maintain detailed technical drawings and CAD models for networking and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with company CAD standards and project specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with network engineers and project managers to translate design concepts into accurate CAD drawings,



updating plans based on field feedback, and preparing documentation for installation and compliance.

The role also involves organizing and managing drawing files, contributing to BIM workflows where applicable, and supporting quality checks to ensure designs are exact, consistent, and ready for implementation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and familiarity with CAD Standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Technical Drawing and Drawing interpretation for infrastructure and layout plans.
- Candidates should possess experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) or similar digital modeling methodologies.
- Proficiency in common CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, DraftSight, or similar) and basic BIM software knowledge.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related technical field.
- Attention to detail, ability to read and understand technical specifications, and strong organizational skills for file and document management.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional technical teams on-site.
- Experience in IT infrastructure, construction, or networking projects is an advantage.
