COMPLIANCE ENGINEERING TEAM LEAD ROLE

CORE REQUIREMENTS

- Graduate Engineer: Mechanical / Electronics / Mechatronics or related engineering discipline.
- Experience: 10+ years of relevant professional experience related to international regulations, directives & standards.
- Global Exposure: Experience working in a multinational/global engineering environment, with exposure to global stakeholder management.
- Compliance Expertise: Product compliance & regulatory documentation per UKCA / CE / UL/CSA & international standards.
- Leadership: Strong organisational skills, team leadership, & work coordination.
- Technical Operations: Engineering change, compliance impact assessment, risk assessments, & standards evidence.
- Execution: Ability to manage multiple priorities & coordinate with global stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Ability to identify gaps, raise risks, follow through on actions, & escalate appropriately.

POSITIVE TO HAVE

- PLM / Windchill & regulatory databases.
- Audit & governance support.
- Coaching, mentoring, or line management experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Coordinate India Hub Compliance Engineering activities with the UK-based Compliance Delivery Lead.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, & support to compliance engineers.
- Maintain & control product technical files & coordinate updates to declarations, certificates,



risk assessments, standards matrices, & test evidence.
- Support engineering change reviews to identify compliance documentation & regulatory evidence updates.
- Monitor priorities, risks, issues, & delivery status & escalate where specialist input or business decisions are required.
- Ensure controlled documentation within PLM tools such as Windchill & the Regulatory Database.
- Support audits, governance, onboarding, coaching, process training, & continuous improvement.

- UK-based Compliance Delivery Lead & global engineering organisation.
- Regulatory specialists, design engineers, technical authorities, quality, product management, lifecycle, technical authors, & configuration management teams.
- Supply chain, manufacturing, project management, & operational engineering teams across UK, European, & global WMFTS sites.
