About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Cold Caller with a background in medical billing to join our team. You will make outbound calls, connect with prospects, and represent our services professionally. This is a full-time, work-from-home position.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to prospects and healthcare-related contacts
- Introduce our medical billing services and generate interest
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate call records
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
- Meet daily and weekly calling targets

Requirements





- Proven experience in cold calling and outbound calling
- Experience in medical billing (must have)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
