We are looking for an experienced Collections / Accounts Receivable (AR) professional with strong knowledge of US client processes and excellent communication skills.

? Key Responsibilities

1.Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collections activities for US clients.

2.Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and maintain collection records.

3.Research and request payment remittance details when not provided by customers.

4.Handle Unidentified Cash and payment reapplications/credit account activities.

5.Perform regular Aging Reviews and follow up on overdue invoices.

6.Respond to and resolve accounting-related queries.

7.Send W-9, bank letters, payment instructions, and dunning statements to customers.

8.Handle Payment Portal Requests and assist customers with payment processing.

9.Coordinate Purchase Order (PO) related requirements.

10.Provide access/support for credit card payments.

11.Handle Credit Card Payment Declines and coordinate with the NetSuite Admin for payment-decline updates.

12.Perform Contact Tracing to identify the appropriate customer contacts.





13.Coordinate Invoice Rebills with the Billing Team.Manage Proxy Dunning Statements and aged customer follow-ups.

14.Handle NetSuite Collector Assignments.

15.Process and coordinate Refunds, Write-offs, and Credit Memos.

16.Send invoices for accounts open for less than 120 days, as required.

17.Update billing information as applicable.

18.Manage Credit Holds and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

19.Follow established collections procedures and ensure timely resolution of outstanding balances.? Preferred Skills

1.3–5 years of experience in Collections / Accounts Receivable.

Experience working with US clients/customers.

Positive understanding of AR, Collections, Aging, Cash Application, and Credit Management.

Experience with NetSuite is preferred.

Strong follow-up, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work with cross-functional teams such as Billing and Accounting.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
