We're looking for a Client Servicing Executive who knows how to look after clients and their brands, especially on the creative side. You'll be the ???? ????? ?? ??????? ??? ??? ??????: the person they trust to understand their business, shape the creative work, and make sure it gets delivered well and on time.

This role sits where ?????? ?????????, ????????, ?????? ?????, ?????????? ????????? ??? ??????????? meet. It's a great fit if you've worked in an agency, can write well, get excited about good creative, and understand enough about performance marketing to have a smart conversation about results.

- Be the day-to-day point of contact for a set of brands: calls, updates, approvals and follow-ups
- Understand each brand's goals, audience and tone, and turn client asks into clear briefs for our teams
- Run weekly and monthly reviews,



share reports, and explain what's working and what we'll change next
- Keep timelines on track, manage expectations, and handle feedback calmly and professionally
- Build long-term relationships that lead to renewals and bigger scopes of work

- Own the creative direction of your brands: campaign ideas, content calendars and creative briefs
- Write copy for social posts, ads, captions, scripts and campaign concepts
- Review creatives before they go to the client and make sure they're on-brand and on-brief

- Plan and manage social media for your brands across Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Plan influencer campaigns: shortlist creators, brief them, coordinate content and track results

- Work with our performance team on ad creatives, messaging and campaign plans
- Read campaign numbers (spends, CTR, CPC, ROAS, leads) well enough to spot trends and explain them to clients

- ?????? ????? ?????????: hands-on experience planning and running social for brands
- ?????????? ?????????: planning and running campaigns, from finding creators to tracking results
- ??????????? ????????? ??????: a high-level understanding of Meta and Google Ads, key metrics and the funnel
- ????????? ??? ??????????: clean, straightforward reports, presented confidently to founders and leadership teams
- ??????????: 2–4 years in client servicing, account management or brand management, ideally at an agency working with D2C or consumer brands
