Job Overview
We are looking for Chemistry Subject Matter Experts to create original, advanced-level chemistry questions and scientifically accurate, detailed solutions.
The candidate should possess strong theoretical and practical chemistry knowledge and be capable of designing complex problems that evaluate conceptual understanding, quantitative reasoning, chemical interpretation, and scientific problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop original and challenging chemistry questions across different specializations.
- Prepare detailed, logically structured, step-by-step solutions.
- Create conceptual, numerical, reaction-based, and application-oriented problems.
- Design multi-concept questions that challenge advanced AI/ML models.
- Work across organic, inorganic, physical, analytical, and computational chemistry.
- Validate chemical equations, reaction mechanisms, stoichiometric calculations, and scientific assumptions.
- Ensure correct chemical structures, molecular formulas, units, and scientific notation.
- Use LaTeX and appropriate chemical equation formatting tools.
- Develop high-quality question-answer datasets for AI model training and evaluation.
- Maintain scientific accuracy, originality, and consistency within deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or PhD degree in Chemistry or a related discipline.
- Solid conceptual and analytical chemistry knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI/ML-based scientific content development or LLM evaluation.
- Research publications or laboratory research experience.
- Experience creating graduate-level or competitive examination questions.
