We are looking for skilled and dedicated culinary professionals to join our kitchen team at Kalpanic, a cafe, restaurant and nightlife destination in Vagator, Goa.

Open Positions:

✨ Chef de Partie (CDP)

✨ Commis Chef

Key Responsibilities:

✨ Prepare and present dishes while maintaining quality and consistency.

✨ Ensure proper food handling, hygiene and kitchen safety standards.

✨ Manage assigned kitchen sections and daily preparation.

✨ Maintain consistency in taste, presentation and portion control.

✨ Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations.

✨ Monitor kitchen inventory and minimise food wastage.

Ideal Candidate:

✅ 2–5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

✅ Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation and hygiene standards.

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.





✅ Strong teamwork, discipline and time-management skills.

✅ IMMEDIATE JOINER PREFERRED
