Now we’re building the team that takes us further. We’re hiring a Business Development Manager who wants to be in the room where big decisions get made.

What your day actually looks like

You won’t be sitting behind a screen waiting for leads. You’ll be:

- Calling founders, CEOs and HR heads of growing companies and booking meetings
- Sitting across the table from decision-makers and understanding what their team needs
- Walking clients through Grade-A office buildings, coworking spaces and managed offices
- Taking a deal from the first “hello” to a signed lease
- Building your own pipeline and owning your numbers
- Keeping your ear to the market: who’s hiring, who’s expanding, which buildings are filling up

One month you could be helping a 20-person startup find its first real office. The next, you could be working on a 50,000 sq.ft. requirement for a global company. We don’t care where you started. We care how you deal with people.

This role is open to candidates from:

✈️ Aviation: cabin crew, ground staff, airline sales. You stay calm under pressure, read people quickly and make every interaction count.





? Hotels & Hospitality: front office, sales, guest relations, banqueting. You know first impressions win business and relationships keep it.

? Real Estate: brokerage, leasing, developers, coworking operators. You already speak the language. Here, you’ll grow faster.

? RICS freshers: graduates from RICS School of Built Environment with zero experience are welcome. Bring the drive, we’ll teach you the deals.

You’ll fit in if you

- Enjoy talking to people and aren’t afraid of a cold call
- Can take a “no” and still pick up the phone for the next one
- Communicate well in English and Hindi
- Present yourself confidently in front of senior people
- Are happy to travel across Delhi NCR for meetings and site visits
