Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle company-provided leads, engage with customers, drive conversions, and achieve assigned sales targets. Candidates with prior sales experience who can manage the full sales cycle independently are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up on company-provided leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and present products/services effectively.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospect and existing customers.
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate and close deals as per company guidelines.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM and share regular progress updates with the manager.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.
- Handle objections confidently and resolve customer queries promptly.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven convincing, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Good teamwork and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure to meet targets.
Eligibility
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role , as well as freshers can apply .
- Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets will be preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
