Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a focus on corporate and institutional clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting meetings and presentations, managing client accounts, and maintaining solid relationships with key stakeholders.



The role involves collaborating with the operations and training teams to understand service offerings and customize proposals based on client needs.

The Business Development

Executive will also track sales pipelines, prepare reports, and support marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Candidates should possess strong Business acumen and Account Management skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in B2B sales, corporate training, or education services is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple client interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with local travel for client meetings and events in and around Indore.
