Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Kochi. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a robust sales pipeline.

The Business Development

Executive will conduct market research, engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings, and present solutions aligned with client needs. They will manage client accounts, nurture long-term relationships, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding,



and track performance metrics and reporting. The role also includes preparing proposals, negotiating terms within defined guidelines, and contributing to business growth strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recent Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and build a solid pipeline.
- Candidates should possess sound Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, technology or data-driven solutions, and familiarity with CRM tools is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with the ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate within cross-functional teams, is preferred.
