Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting lead generation activities, and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline. The role includes building and maintaining relationships with clients, collaborating with internal teams to align PR strategies with client needs, and preparing proposals and presentations.

Daily activities may also involve tracking market trends, attending meetings and networking events,



and providing regular reports on business development performance and goals.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Current Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
- Solid understanding of Business and Account Management to oversee client relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and confident client-facing interaction.
- Familiarity with B2B PR, marketing, or related fields, and comfort working with personal brands and digital platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mohali district, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic sales analytics, and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides) is beneficial.
