Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections of store premises, fixtures, fittings, furniture, and equipment.

- Carry out minor repairs and maintenance of doors, shelves, racks, locks, hinges, and other store fixtures.

- Monitor lighting, electrical fittings, air-conditioning, and other facility-related issues, and rectify faults promptly.

- Assist in maintaining signboards, display fixtures, storage racks, and other store infrastructure.

- Coordinate with external technicians and service providers for repairs related to HVAC and fire systems.

- Support store setup, renovation, fixture installation, and dismantling activities when required.

- Carry out any other maintenance-related duties assigned by the Store Manager.

Key Skills

- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair work.

- Ability to identify maintenance issues and take appropriate corrective action.

- Valuable problem-solving skills and attention to detail.





- Ability to work independently and coordinate with store staff and external service providers.

- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Timely completion of maintenance requests.

- Reduction in recurring maintenance issues.

- Proper upkeep of store facilities and fixtures.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: SSLC / Plus Two or equivalent. ITI or technical qualification preferred.

Previous experience in building or retail store maintenance is preferred.

Preferred experience: 1–3 years of relevant maintenance experience.

Freshers with basic technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays as per store requirement
