Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive – Influencer Pricing to join our Planning & Procurement team.

The role will primarily focus on connecting with influencers, content creators, and their talent management agencies to negotiate commercials, discuss campaign requirements, and close influencer partnerships for various brand campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, an understanding of the influencer ecosystem, and the ability to build solid relationships with creators and their representatives while ensuring competitive pricing and timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Outreach & Business Development

- Connect with influencers, content creators, talent managers, and talent management agencies to explore collaboration opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong network of influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Conduct outreach to shortlisted creators based on campaign requirements and brand briefs.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with creators and their management teams.
- Continuously expand the creator network across different categories, niches, and audience segments.

2. Influencer Pricing & Negotiation

- Reach out to shortlisted influencers to discuss campaign requirements, deliverables, timelines, and commercials.
- Negotiate influencer fees and commercials to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining mutually beneficial relationships.
- Understand creator pricing structures across different platforms, content formats, and deliverables.
- Negotiate commercials for Reels, Stories, YouTube integrations, dedicated videos, posts,



and other influencer deliverables.
- Ensure all commercials are aligned with campaign budgets and internal pricing benchmarks.

3. Campaign Coordination & Closures

- Understand campaign briefs and influencer requirements shared by the Planning team.
- Communicate campaign expectations, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, and timelines to influencers.
- Follow up with creators and their representatives to ensure timely responses and commercial confirmations.
- Close influencer commercials within defined timelines to support campaign requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of confirmed creator details and commercials to Operations.

4. Market Research & Pricing Intelligence

- Stay updated with prevailing influencer pricing trends across different platforms and creator categories.
- Maintain an understanding of influencer commercials based on follower base, engagement, content quality, niche, and audience demographics.
- Identify pricing variations and opportunities to negotiate better commercials.
- Track competitor pricing trends and maintain relevant market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate records of creator commercials and negotiation outcomes.

5. Database Management & Reporting

- Maintain updated records of influencer commercials, contact details, negotiation status, and campaign confirmations.
- Ensure all negotiated commercials and deliverables are accurately documented.
- Maintain and update internal pricing trackers and databases.
- Share regular updates with the reporting manager regarding negotiation progress, pending closures, and pricing challenges.
- Ensure timely and accurate handover of confirmed influencer commercials to the relevant internal teams.
