What We're Looking For-

We’re looking for someone who understands the Recruitment & Staffing industry and has hands-on experience in client acquisition, business development, and client onboarding.

Key Requirements-

- 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Client Acquisition, preferably in Recruitment & Staffing
- Proven experience in client onboarding and relationship management
- Robust communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and LinkedIn research
- Hands-on experience with Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp outreach, and cold calling
- Ability to identify, approach, and convert potential clients
- Good understanding of lead tracking, CRM/database management, and sales pipelines




- Strong ownership mindset with a proactive and target-oriented approach

What You'll Do-

- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Research and build a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and cold calling
- Conduct client conversations and understand their hiring requirements
- Drive the client onboarding process from initial outreach to conversion
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Maintain accurate lead and client databases
- Follow up consistently and convert prospects into active clients
- Work towards achieving monthly business development and client acquisition targets
