We are looking for an experienced Blow Moulding Machine Operator to join Pioneer Plastic Industries at Sonipat, Haryana.

We are looking for someone with solid hands-on experience in plastic blow moulding, particularly HDPE bottle manufacturing, parison control and deflashing operations.

? Job Location: Sonipat, Haryana

? Experience: Minimum 7-8 years in blow moulding

? Accommodation: Provided by the company

Key Responsibilities

✅ Operate and monitor blow moulding auto de-flashing machines with parison controller

✅ Set and adjust parison controllers to achieve consistent bottle quality and weight.

✅ Handle machine start-up, shutdown, mould changes and process adjustments.





✅ Troubleshoot production issues and minimise rejection, material wastage and downtime.

✅ Maintain production quality, safety and shop-floor discipline.
