Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Planning, Billing & Estimation Engineer with a robust background in civil engineering projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, quantity estimation, billing, cost analysis, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
2. Handle client billing, subcontractor billing, and RA bills.
3. Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
4. Monitor project progress against planned schedules.
5. Prepare material requirement statements and cost analysis.
6. Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and clients.
7. Verify measurements and quantities at project sites.
8. Maintain project documentation and billing records.
9. Prepare MIS reports and project cost statements.

Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of bills.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Project (MSP) for project planning and scheduling.
- Working knowledge of Tally.
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and quantity surveying.
- Experience in client billing and subcontractor billing.
- Understanding of civil construction projects and site execution.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Qualification must be from the Civil Engineering branch.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in planning, billing, and estimation.
- Must be available for immediate joining.
- Willingness to work at the project location in Odisha.
