Role Description The BI Project Manager is a full-time, remote position responsible for leading end-to-end business intelligence projects, primarily focused on Sisense-based solutions. In this role, the individual coordinates requirements gathering with stakeholders, translates business needs into BI deliverables, and oversees the design of data models, ETL workflows, and dashboards. The BI Project Manager plans project timelines, manages scope, tracks risks and dependencies, and ensures that deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Daily tasks include collaborating with data engineers and BI developers,



validating analytical outputs, conducting demos and training sessions, and facilitating adoption of dashboards and analytics tools. The role also involves continuous improvement of project processes, documentation of best practices, and support for integrating AI-driven features into the analytics stack.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, define BI requirements, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess skills in Data Warehousing and Extract Transform Load (ETL) to support robust data architectures and reliable data pipelines.
- Candidates should possess experience with Dashboard design and implementation to deliver clear, actionable visualizations for business stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor BI projects, manage timelines and resources, and communicate status effectively.
- Experience with Sisense or similar BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with SQL and data modeling concepts, and comfort working with cloud data environments (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
