About the Role

We are looking for a Backend Developer with hands-on experience in Python/Django and Node.js/Express.js to design, build and maintain scalable backend systems for a growing technology platform. You will work closely with frontend developers, product managers and stakeholders to deliver secure, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain robust backend systems and applications
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs
- Work with MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch and RabbitMQ on the database side
- Work with Nginx, Docker and Kubernetes on the server side
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers and stakeholders
- Ensure scalability,



security and performance of backend systems

Requirements

- 3–5 years of hands-on backend development experience
- Strong proficiency in Python and Django
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js
- Proven experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs
- Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases and the tools above (MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, Nginx, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Willingness to work onsite in Recent Delhi
- Immediate availability to join

Good to Have

- Experience with MongoDB
